A not-so-obviously-placed notice tucked into the elections page of the City’s official website presents a link to the “NOTICE OF DRAWING FOR PLACE ON BALLOT” form as illustrated here.

The form announces that on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 2 pm, the city will hold a public drawing to determine the “order in which the names of candidates are to be printed on the ballot…”

As with other such posted events, the public is encouraged to attend and witness the drawing.
